摘要
京能(锡林郭勒)发电有限公司在660 MW火电机组上增加烟气冷凝提水设施,将脱硫吸收塔和提水冷凝塔合并布置,采用烟气提水、电水联产技术将烟气中的水蒸气冷凝回收,并回用于全厂用水,实现了脱硫系统零补水、全厂零取水,同时进一步脱除了烟气中的SO_(2)、SO_(3)、烟尘,降低了排烟温度和湿度。2019—2020年共计589天发电零取水,平均每年节水1500 kt。
Beijing Energy(Xilingol league)Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,increases the facility of flue gas condensing and water extraction based on 660 MW thermal power unit,and combines the desulfuration absorbtion tower and water extraction condensing tower.By adopting flue gas water extraction and co⁃generating technology of electricity and water,vapour from the flue gas can be condensed and recycled for the whole factory water utilization.Therefore,desulfuration system zero water supplying and whole factory zero water taking have been fully realized.Meanwhile,SO_(2),SO_(3) and smoke dust can be furtherly removed from flue gas so as to reduce exhaust gas temperature and humidity.From 2019 to 2020,the new process has a total of 589 days of power generation and zero water intaking,saving an average of 1.5 million tons of water per year.
