近年来,全球气候变化问题持续受到关注,温室气体排放被公认为全球变暖的元凶,就人类社会持续发展来看,全球变暖正如“灰犀牛”一般,是正在逼近且影响巨大的威胁。2021年9月24日,由英国标准协会(BSI)牵头,并与国际标准化组织(ISO)共同制定的《伦敦宣言》的发布,是国际标准的重要承诺,将切实推进各国政府及各行业应对气候变化、实现净零碳排放目标的进程。
