韩国最新标准化战略分析及对钢铁标准化工作的启示

Analysis of the latest South Korean standardization strategy and its enlightenment to Chinese iron and steel standardization

为了应对国际标准化发展趋势和层出不穷的贸易壁垒,韩国于1999年2月颁布了《国家标准基本法》,规定韩国政府应每5年制定一次“国家标准基本计划”,以明确国家的标准化工作制度。截至目前,韩国已发布五次“国家标准基本计划”,为韩国标准化事业快速发展指明了方向。本文旨在回顾韩国前四次“国家标准基本计划”发展历程,分析韩国最新“国家标准基本计划”并研究其对我国钢铁领域标准化工作的启示。

In response to the trend of international standardization and trade barriers,South Korea promulgated the Basic Law of the National Standards in February 1999,stipulating that the Korean government shall develop a"National Standards Basic Plan"every five years to clarify the national standardization system.Up to now,South Korea has issued the"National Standards Basic Plan"for five times,pointing out the direction for the rapid development of standardization in South Korea.This paper aims to review the development process of the first four"National Standards Basic Plan"in South Korea,analyze the latest"National Standards Basic Plan"in South Korea,and study its enlightenment to the standardization work in the field of China's iron and steel.
