冶金固废制复混肥的标准研究分析

摘要 分析了几种典型冶金固废在土壤改良和制作复混肥上资源化利用的现状,概述了现有复混肥用冶金固废的可行性实例,用于制作复混肥的工业固废主要有赤泥、钢渣和锰渣,将固废制复混肥标准体系主要划分为基本标准、具体标准和试验方法标准三部分,并分析了现有标准的测定方法和技术水平,指出复混肥用固废标准应更加注重现有标准应用规范的制定,而且应当注意,固废用于制作复混肥,重金属含量严重超标造成土壤、农作物毒害污染问题。 This paper analyzes the current situation of resource utilization of several typical metallurgical solid wastes in soil improvement and making compound fertilizer,and summarizes the feasibility examples of existing metallurgical solid wastes for compound fertilizer.The industrial solid wastes used for making compound fertilizer mainly include red mud,steel slag and manganese slag.The standard system of solid waste making compound fertilizer is mainly divided into three parts:basic standard,specific standard and test method standard,and analyzes the determination method and technical level of existing standards,It is pointed out that the standard system of solid waste for compound fertilizer should pay more attention to the formulation of existing standards and application specifications,and it should be noted that when solid waste is used to make compound fertilizer,the content of heavy metals seriously exceeds the standard,resulting in the toxic pollution of soil and crops.
