摘要
工业分析可以确定煤的组成,在限定的实验条件下,可将煤的工业组成分为水分、灰分、挥发分和固定碳四种,组分的测定数据对于研究煤的性质和合理用途起到了非常重要的作用。参照国标方法,进行工业分析测试的过程,由于不同检测人员对于检测细节操控的差异,实验得到的数据有时差异比较大。针对这种情况,本文通过实践经验总结出煤工业分析的影响因素并提出相应的应对措施。
Proximate analysis can determine the composition of coal.Under limited experimental conditions,the industrial composition of coal can be analyzed into four kinds:moisture,ash,volatile and fixed carbon.The determination data of components play a very important role in studying the properties and rational use of coal.In the process of industrial analysis and testing with reference to the national standard method,the experimental data sometimes vary greatly due to the differences in the control of detection details by different inspectors.In view of this situation,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of coal industry analysis through practical experience,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
