鱼雷罐内衬采用喷涂料的保温结构优化设计

摘要 降低铁水运输过程中的温降是实现钢铁厂节能和绿色生产的有效路径之一。采用喷涂料+纳米涂层的鱼雷罐车内衬结构新方案优化鱼雷罐内衬保温结构。具体为用喷涂料取代永久型粘土砖,同时在鱼雷罐壳内侧采用1~2 mm纳米涂料。采用喷涂料的方案平均外壳温度为231℃,较未使用新技术成果的同炉龄同条件下鱼雷罐外壳温度为平均270℃下降了39℃,铁水温度同比少降12℃。经过实验室验证与梅钢现场试验,新方案优于传统以粘土砖作为内衬结构方案,铁水的保温效果更好,整体温差更小。 Reducing the temperature drop during hot metal transportation is one of the effective ways to realize energy saving and green production in iron and steel enterprises.A new torpedo tank car lining structure with paint spraying+nano coating was adopted to optimized the lining thermal insulation structure of torpedo car.The new method include replacing the permanent clay brick with paint spraying,and using 1~2 mm nano paint on the inside shell of torpedo car at the same time.The average shell temperature of the scheme adopted by paint spraying is 231℃,which is 39℃lower than the average shell temperature of torpedo car which is 270℃under the same furnace age and conditions with traditional scheme,and the temperature of molten iron decreased by 12℃.After laboratory and Meishan Iron and Steel's field verification,the new scheme is superior to the traditional scheme with clay bricks as the lining structure,and the molten iron has better thermal insulation effect and smaller overall temperature difference.
