对焊接用H08Mn2SiA盘条的化学成分、冶炼和轧制工艺进行优化研究,采用无Al脱氧、炉外处理、结晶器电磁搅拌、吐丝温度控制、冷却控制等措施使盘条的化学成分均匀,强度适中,具有良好的拉拔性能。

The chemical composition,refining and rolling process of H08Mn2SiA wire rod for bonding are optimized.The measures such as No-Al deoxidation,out of furnace treatment,the most electric density of binder,spinning temperature control and cooling air control are adopted to make the wire rod have uniform chemical composition,moderate excessive and good tensile properties.
