摘要 煤柴油加氢裂化装置的循环氢压缩机是装置的核心设备,其平稳运行是装置安全平稳运行的关键。该压缩机控制系统采用的TriStation 1131的下位机编程软件,轴系仪表采用本特利3500监控系统,人机界面采用INTOUCH的上位机程序,控制系统的硬件系统采用TRICON的三重容错控制器。该机组控制系统已经运行超过3个大检修周期,已经陆续地暴露出控制功能不完善、报警功能缺失等诸多问题,比如凝结水泵启停联锁功能不完善,一取一联锁逻辑经常会导致误动作的事件发生,循环氢压缩机32台轴系仪表超量程不报警等诸多问题。这些问题如不及时解决,将严重影响该循环机组的安全平稳运行。通过详细分析机组运行程序,采用离线模拟仿真等技术手段发现和修改了多处不完善的机组程序,并进行了离线局部下装,修改和完善了机组控制逻辑报警功能,达到了完善机组控制功能完善的目的。 The circulating hydrogen compressor of the coal and diesel hydrogenation cracking unit is the core equipment of the unit,and its stable operation is the key to the safe and stable operation of the unit.The compressor control system uses TriStation 1131 lower computer programming software,the axle system instrument adopts Bentley 3500 monitoring system,the human-machine interface adopts INTOUCH upper computer program,and the hardware system of the control system adopts TRICON triple fault-tolerant controller.The control system of the unit has been running for more than 3 major maintenance cycles,and has successively exposed some problems such as imperfect control function and lack of alarm function,such as imperfect condensate pump start and stop interlocking function,and one interlock logic often leads to frequent misaction events.Circulating hydrogen compressor 32 axle line instrument overrange does not alarm and many other problems.If these problems are not solved in time,they will seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the circulating unit.Through the detailed analysis of the unit operation program,using offline simulation and other technical means,found and modified many imperfect unit procedures,and offline local loading,modified and improved the unit control logic alarm function,to achieve the purpose of improving the unit control function.
