报警管理在化工厂的应用及优化

摘要 报警超载是制造工厂中普遍存在的一个问题。由于以往相互独立的系统逐步集成,操作人员减少,每个操作人员监控的区域范围相应随之扩大,需要处理的报警也随之增多。由于缺乏严格的报警合理化措施,报警泛滥正逐渐成为一项严峻问题,工厂面临着不断增长的安全与环境事故风险。横河系统引进的EXPLOG可以对报警进行分析,但是缺乏可利用工具直接去降低报警泛滥,通过自定义报警分级以及增加开停工自动报警屏蔽和多工况下自动切换报警值等手段,从根本上降低异常工况下的报警数量,从而达到深度优化报警,减少无效报警的目的。 Alarm overload is a common problem in manufacturing plants.Due to the gradual integration of independent systems in the past,the number of operators is reduced,the area monitored by each operator is correspondingly expanded,and the number of alarms that need to be processed also increases.In the absence of strict alarm rationalization measures,alarm flooding is becoming a serious problem,and factories face a growing risk of safety and environmental incidents.The EXPLOG introduced by Yokogawa can analyze the alarms,but there is a lack of tools to directly reduce the alarm flooding.By customizing the alarm classification and increasing the automatic alarm masking of start-up and shutdown and automatic switching of alarm values under multiple working conditions,fundamentally reduce the number of alarms under abnormal working conditions,so as to achieve the purpose of deeply optimizing alarms and reducing invalid alarms.
