摘要
本纳滤中试以经过超滤的太湖水为原水,研究纳滤在该水源条件下的运行稳定性,考察纳滤对于有机物的去除效果。本试验中,纳滤对于水中有机物的去除效果明显,其对UV;的去除率接近100%,对COD;、TOC的去除率分别为77%、89%。污染物质的多种分析均表明,造成纳滤膜污染的物质是不吸收紫外线(UV)的聚羧基类腐植酸,并且在线混凝-超滤中渗透出的铝盐也促进了纳滤的膜污染。
In this nanofiltration pilot test,the ultra-filtered Taihu Lake water is used as raw water to study the operation stability of nanofiltration under the conditions of this water source,and to investigate the effect of nanofiltration on the removal of organic matter.In this experiment,nanofiltration has obvious effect on the removal of organic matter in water,the removal rate of UV;is close to 100%,and the removal rates of COD;and TOC are 77% and 89%,respectively.Various analyses of fouling substances have shown that the fouling of the nanofiltration membrane is a polycarboxylated humic acid that does not absorb ultraviolet (UV),and the aluminum salts permeated by online coagulation-ultrafiltration conditions also promote membrane fouling in nanofiltration.
