摘要
利用赤泥来制备多孔保温材料是大量消耗赤泥的有效方法。本文研究了利用山西赤泥制备多孔保温材料时干法和湿法工艺条件下样品的表层和核心处组成和pH随温度的变化规律,获得了不同制备方式下赤泥制备烧结保温材料时碱的赋存形式、从核心向表层迁移和随温度的转化规律。
Using red mud to prepare porous thermal insulation materials is an effective method to consume a large amount of red mud.In this paper,the variation law of the composition and pH of the samples at the surface and core with temperature under dry and wet process conditions when using Shanxi red mud to prepare porous thermal insulation materials is studied,and the occurrence form of alkali,the migration from the core to the surface layer and the transformation with temperature are obtained when red mud is used to prepare sintered insulation materials under different preparation methods.
