中小城镇矿化垃圾资源化循环利用研究——以新巴尔虎右旗老生活垃圾填埋场为例

Study on Resource Recycling and Utilization of Mineralized Waste in Small and Medium-sized Towns——Taking the Old Domestic Waste Landfill in Xin Barhu Right Banner as an Example

中小城镇垃圾填埋问题日益突出,必须对填埋场垃圾进行循环利用。本文从循环经济产业模式出发,对矿化垃圾的经济成分及综合利用进行分析,寻找垃圾处理的最优方案。其间从新建填埋场生活垃圾覆土、渗滤液处理、建筑垃圾利用等方面分析矿化垃圾开采利用,探索适合北方地区中小城镇垃圾填埋场的综合治理新模式,从而实现可持续发展。

The problem of landfill in small and medium-sized towns is becoming increasingly prominent,and it is necessary to recycle the landfill waste.Starting from the industrial model of circular economy,this paper analyzes the economic components and comprehensive utilization of mineralized waste,and finds the optimal solution for waste treatment.During this period,the mining and utilization of mineralized waste is analyzed from the aspects of domestic waste covering of new landfills,leachate treatment and construction waste utilization,etc.,and the new comprehensive management model suitable for landfills in small and medium-sized cities in the northern region is explored,so as to achieve sustainable development.
