摘要
为了探讨海峡两岸中小学教师信息技术融入教学素养的状况及其差异,采用中小学教师信息技术融入教学素养量表对海峡两岸205名中小学教师进行调查,研究结果发现:海峡两岸中小学教师信息融入教学素养良好;除了学历、年龄、教龄外,素养在行政职务、班级规模、任教科目、上网时数等方面均存在显著差异,具体表现为兼任行政或班主任、理工科、上网时长较久、教授大规模班级的教师素养较高。两岸中小学教师信息技术融入教学素养存在差异,大陆教师比台湾教师更擅长教材制作及硬件问题的解决,男教师在信息伦理、安全与健康方面的素养高于女教师。结论建议教育部门加大培训力度,针对普通类、文科类、较少上网、教授小规模班级的教师进行针对性信息技能培训,以提高其信息技术融入教学素养。
The purpose of this study is to explore the differences of information technology in the teaching literacy of primary and secondary school teachers across the Taiwan Strait.A survey of 205 primary and secondary school teachers from both sides of the Taiwan Straits was conducted using the information technology integrated into teaching literacy scale.The results show that:1)Primary and secondary school teachers on both sides of the Taiwan Straits have a good quality of integrating information into teaching;In addition to education background,age and teaching years,there are significant differences in literacy in administrative positions,class size,teaching subjects and online hours.Specifically,teachers who also serve as administrative or head teacher,in science and engineering,having long online hours and large-scale classes have higher literacy;2)Teachers in China's Mainland are better at textbook making and hardware problem solving than those in Taiwan.Male teachers have higher information ethics,safety and health literacy than female teachers.It is suggested that the education department should strengthen the training,and carry out targeted information skills training for teachers of general,liberal arts,and those with less Internet access and small-scale classes,so as to improve their teaching quality of information technology integration.
