光致可逆变色皮芯复合涤纶的生产工艺探讨

摘要 通过使用合适的皮芯结构复合喷丝板,皮层和芯层均以低熔点聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片为原料,并在芯层添加质量分数为50%的光致可逆变色母粒,合理选择干燥、纺丝、冷却吹风及牵伸工艺,制备了具有光致可逆变色功能的55 dtex/48 f皮芯复合PET纤维,并对其性能进行表征。结果表明:采用干燥温度110~130℃、干燥时间12~14 h、纺丝温度230~240℃、冷却风温度16~18℃、冷却风速度0.40~0.45 m/min、一热辊温度80~85℃、二热辊不加热的纺丝工艺条件,制得的纤维断裂强度为2.8 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为34.2%,可满足后道织造所需;纤维在自然光照射下即可发生变色,且随光照时间延长,纤维颜色逐渐变深,至10 min时不再变化,在光线较弱环境中10 min颜色可完全褪去。 A 55 dtex/48 f sheath-core composite polyethylene terephthalate(PET)fiber with reversible photochromic function was prepared by adopting a suitable composite spinneret with sheath-core structure,using low-melting point PET chips as the sheath and core raw materials,adding 50%reversible photochromic masterbatch by mass fraction in the core,and reasonably selecting drying,spinning,quenching and drafting processes.The properties of the fiber were characterized.The results showed that the fiber can be produced with a breaking strength of 2.8 cN/dtex and elongation at break of 34.2%,which can meet the demands of subsequent weaving process,under the conditions of drying temperature 110-130℃and time 12-14 h,spinning temperature 230-240℃,quenching temperature 16-18℃and speed 0.40-0.45 m/min,the first hot roll temperature 80-85℃and no heating on the second hot roll;and the fiber color changed under natural light irradiation,became dark with the extension of irradiation time till 10 min and then no longer changed,and completely faded in 10 min in the weak light environment.
