心房颤动合并功能性二尖瓣返流的研究进展

Research progress of atrial Fibrillation complicated with functional mitral regurgitation

心房颤动(atrialfibrillation,AF)和功能性二尖瓣返流(mitralregurgitation,MR)都是常见的心血管疾病,其患病率随着年龄的增长而增加。临床研究显示,两种疾病经常共存并相互促进,显著增加患者的心血管死亡率和心衰住院率。AF合并功能性MR患者的最佳治疗方案现阶段尚不明确。因此,本文对MR的病理生理及分类、诊断、AF与MR的相互关系、AF合并功能性MR疾病的临床危害及国内外治疗现状进行系统综述。

Atrial fibrillation(AF) and functional mitral regurgitation(MR) are common cardiovascular diseases,whose prevalence increases with age and has caused significant medical burden at home and abroad.Clinical studies have shown that the two diseases often coexist and promote each other,and significantly increase the rate of cardiovascular mortality and hospitalization of patients with heart failure,which has attracted much attention in recent years.However,there are no clear guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of this subtype of disease.Therefore,the diagnosis,classification,interaction and harm between atrial fibrillation combined with functional mitral regurgitation disease,as well as the status quo of treatment of atrial fibrillation combined with functional mitral regurgitation disease at home and abroad were sytematically described,and the direction for further exploration was proposed based on the current research status of treatment of atrial fibrillation combined with functional mitral regurgitation disease in China.
