摘要
工业园区内各工业、企业排放的废水水质不同,排入管道内的废水成分十分复杂,处理难度相当困难,致使污水处理厂出水水质很难达标排放."一企一管"系统模式的应用对解决这一棘手问题有很重要的意义.本文通过查阅和了解国内工业园区"一企一管"系统模式的工程案例,概述了其模式的关键节点,即管道敷设方式、管径确定和管材选择、附属设施设置和水质自动监测中心设置,旨在为工程及设计人员在工业园区"一企一管"系统模式技术方面作参考与借鉴.
The quality of wastewater discharged by various industries and enterprises in the industrial park is different.The composition of the wastewater discharged into the pipeline is very complicated and the treatment is diffi cult.As a result,it is diffi cult for the effluent quality of the sewage treatment plant to meet the discharge standards.The application of the"one enterprise,one pipe"system mode is of great significance to solve this thorny problem.By consulting and understanding the engineering cases of"one enterprise,one pipe"system mode in domestic industrial parks,this paper overviews the key nodes of this mode,namely pipeline laying mode,pipe diameter determination and tubing selection,affil iated facilities setting and water quality automatic monitoring center Setting,aims to provide reference for engineers and designers on the technical side of"one enterprise,one pipe"system mode in industrial parks.
