Application Analysis of Electronic Archives Management in Military Industrial Units

信息时代的到来使档案管理工作迎来了新的机遇与挑战。面对海量的档案数据,传统的纸质档案管理已无法满足当前的档案管理要求,因此,一种全新的档案管理模式——电子化档案管理应运而生。本文在明晰电子档案概念及特征的基础上,分析了目前电子档案管理中存在的主要问题,针对电子档案存储介质稳定性、电子档案安全性、档案人员专业素养良莠不齐等问题提出相应的应对策略,为进一步优化电子档案管理模式提供一定参考思路。

The advent of the information age has ushered in new opportunities and challenges for archive management.In the face of massive file data,traditional paper file management can no longer meet the current file management requirements,therefore,a brand-new file management model-electronic file management has emerged as the times require.On the basis of clarifying the concept and characteristics of electronic archives,this article analyzes the main problems existing in current electronic archives management,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for the stability of electronic archives storage media,the security of electronic archives,and the uneven professionalism of archivists,to provide certain reference ideas for further optimizing the management mode of electronic archives.
