In recent years,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have successively issued documents requiring scientific research personnel to be freed from administrative affairs and to devote more time and energy to scientific and technological innovation.The implementation of the financial assistant system for scientific research is conducive to loosening the burden of scientific research personnel,mobilizing the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel,improving the efficiency of scientific research management to a certain extent,and stimulating the vitality of scientific and technological innovation.This paper introduces the background and current situation of the implementation of scientific research financial assistants,points out the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This article aims to make this system play a greater role in the development of colleges and universities through the analysis of the financial assistant system for scientific research.
