摘要
结合国内外中型运载火箭的发展趋势,简要回顾长征七号运载火箭动力系统的研制历程,详细介绍动力系统关键技术的突破与验证过程:以液氧/煤油发动机研制为基础,突破了高可靠闭式贮箱增压控制技术、氦引射循环预冷系统研制与验证技术、低温火箭POGO抑制技术、低温输送系统流动特性验证技术为核心的方案性关键技术;牵引35MPa高压复合材料气瓶、大容积贮气式蓄压器、导流式管路元件等单机的设计生产水平全面提升;总结出多项以动力系统方案设计,单机研制的动力系统总体设计技术,综合提高了新一代中型火箭设计可靠性。
It is briefly reviewed that the development history of LM-7 medium launch vehicle with the development of the cryogenic-launch vehicle propulsion system abroad.Details of a series of new technology scheme of propulsion system with independent intellectual property rights during the development led by LM-7 have been deeply included,including new generation powerful rocket engines,circulation precooling,cryogenic rocket POGO restriction,high reliability of pressurization transportation system.In addition,a series of the advanced devices and the testing methods in Cryogenic Propulsion system are promoted to improve the reliability of the launch vehicle.
