摘要 针对中国新一代系列运载火箭各级液氧煤油发动机的推力矢量控制需求,创新提出了液动机引流式伺服动力能源技术方案,研制了满足中国1200k N和180k N液氧煤油发动机的两型5种规格伺服机构,解决了高可靠系统架构设计、高集成伺服动力能源、伺服控制动态特性优化、长时免维护等难题,与国外直接引流式伺服技术方案相比,接口简单,实现了伺服机构与发动机工作介质有效隔离,使用维护性显著提高。产品通过与发动机联合热试车、耐环境、可靠性增长、可靠性强化等试验考核,首次应用于飞行试验,可满足同类液氧煤油发动机运载火箭使用需求。 To meet the thrust vector control requirements for liquid oxygen-kerosene engines of China’s new generation of launch vehicles,the technical scheme of hydraulic motor driven power system is innovatively proposed,and two types of five specifications servo-mechanism systems for China’s 1200k N and 180k N liquid-oxygen kerosene engines have been developed.They solve the problems of high reliability system architecture design,high integration servo power system,dynamic characteristics optimization of servo control,long-term maintenance free,etc.Compared with direct kerosene driven,the interface is clearer and possible mutual effects between the servo-mechanism systems and the liquid oxygen-kerosene engines can be eliminated,and the facilitate maintenance is significantly improved.The products have participated in firing tests,environmental resistance,reliability growth,reliability enhancement and other tests,and has been applied in flight test for the first time,which can meet the use requirements of similar liquid oxygen-kerosene launch vehicle.
