摘要
空调连接器作为运载火箭箭地接口的关键设备,用于向整流罩内有效载荷输送特定要求的洁净空气,保证有效载荷在火箭起飞前始终处于适宜的环境中。通过一种球锁式空调连接器的设计,采用手动对接,具有解锁力小、密封性好等特点,能适应无人值守状态下、火箭起飞前可靠自动脱落,并与箭体有效分离。该连接器成功应用于实际发射任务,为类似产品的开发提供重要参考。
As the key interface equipment of launch vehicle and ground,the air conditioning connector is used to deliver specific clean air to the payload in the fairing,and to ensure that the payload is always in a suitable environment before the rocket taking off.This paper introduces a kind of ball lock air conditioning connector,which adopts manual docking,has the characteristics of small unlocking force and good sealing performance,and can adapt to the unattended state,and can reliably fall off before taking off of the rocket,and effectively separate from the rocket.The connector has been successfully applied to the actual launch mission,which provides an important reference for development of similar products.
