摘要
地面测试与发射控制作为运载火箭射前的重要工作,是对运载火箭功能与性能的全面检查与确认,其技术方案的先进性对于火箭的测试发射效率、发射任务的可靠性、发射场和人员的安全性有着至关重要的作用。长征七号甲运载火箭作为一型面向高密度发射的低温动力运载火箭,其对射前复杂测发流程执行以及故障处置的及时性与有效性有着很高的要求,因此实现自主发射控制的意义重大。提出了一种基于自主发射控制的运载火箭地面测发控系统设计方法,包括软硬件组成及架构设计、自动测发流程设计、自动故障诊断与处置方法设计等,为中国未来新一代地面测发控系统的工程研制奠定技术基础。
Ground test and launch control,as an important task before launch of rocket,is a comprehensive inspection and confirmation of the launch vehicle’s functions and performance.The advancement of technical solution is essential for the launch vehicle’s launch efficiency,launch mission’s reliability,launch site’s and personnel safety.The Long March VIIA launch vehicle,as a low-temperature-powered launch vehicle for high-density launch,has high requirements for the accuracy and coordination of the complicated pre-launch testing and control process,as well as the timeliness and effectiveness of fault disposal.Therefore,the implement of autonomous launch control is of great significance.This paper presents a design method for the ground test and launch control system of launch vehicle based on autonomous launch control,including software and hardware composition and architecture design,automatic test and launch process design,automatic fault diagnosis and disposal method design,etc.,which lays a technical foundation for the engineering development of a new generation of ground test and launch control system.
