长征七号火箭全级次供应商管理工作是在中国运载火箭技术研究院示范工程的基础上,结合型号特点,在各承研单位全力支持下展开。针对长征七号火箭系统复杂、产品多的特点,形成了系统化的全级次供应商管理工作思路,同时总结全级次供应商工作中出现的问题并给出行之有效的解决方法,为后续新一代运载型号开展全级次供应商管理工作提供参考和借鉴。

The all-level supplier management work of the Long March 7 rocket is carried out based on the demonstration object of the Academy,which is combined with the model characteristics and with the full support of all research units.Aiming at the characteristics of complex systems and many products of the Long March 7 rocket,a systematic all-level supplier management work idea is formed.The problems in all-level supplier management work summarized and given effective solutions,which provides a reference for the follow-up new generation launch vehicle to carry out all-level supplier management work.
