全面抗战时期,在许冠群的领导下,新亚药厂开展科学管理实践,使其即使处于上海"孤岛"的特殊环境中,仍能飞速扩张。强化企业内部管理、培育企业精神、增进职工对企业的认同、推进企业福利,共同构成新亚企业管理的实际举措。战前盛行一时的科学管理并未因战事的发生而彻底中断,反而在新亚等企业中得以进一步发展而确立。

During the War of Resistance against Japan,under the leadership of Xu Guanqun,the New Asiatic Chemical Works expanded rapidly.Even in the special wartime environment,the development of New Asiatic Chemical Works was inseparable from the specific practice of scientific management.In fact,strengthening the internal management of enterprises,cultivating the spirit of enterprises and promoting the welfare of enterprises constitute the actual measures of New Asia enterprise management in this period.The scientific management prevailing before the war was not completely interrupted by the outbreak of the war,but was established by the further development of enterprises such as the New Asiatic Chemical Works.
