农业资源错配对农业生态效率的影响:来自中国13个粮食主产区的证据

Impact of Agricultural Resource Misallocation on Agricultural Eco-Efficiency:Evidence from 13 Major Grain Producing Areas in China

研究中国粮食主产区农业资源错配对农业生态效率(AEE)的影响对实现中国农业可持续发展和高质量发展具有重要意义。基于中国13个粮食主产区2005—2019年的面板数据,在测算农业生态效率和农业资源错配指数的基础上,通过构建静态和动态面板计量模型,实证考察了农业资源错配对农业生态效率的影响。研究发现:(1)考察期内,粮食主产区的农业生态效率存在明显的地区差异,且农业生态效率存在显著的路径依赖性,过去的农业生态效率会影响当期的农业生态效率水平;(2)粮食主产区均存在一定程度的农业资源错配,地区间差异显著,大部分省份资源错配程度呈下降态势;(3)农业资源错配对农业生态效率存在负面影响,在替换不同的资源错配衡量指标及增加控制变量后,结果仍稳健;(4)农业生态系统服务价值量的高低及资源错配方向的不同也会对估计结果产生影响。

Studying the impact agricultural resource misallocation has on Agricultural Eco-Efficiency(AEE)in China’s major grain producing areas is of great significance to the sustainable and high-quality development of China’s agriculture.In this study,the panel data from 13 major grain producing areas in China over the period of 2005 to 2019 were analysed.By measuring the AEE and agricultural resource misallocation index,this study constructed static and dynamic panel models,and empirically investigated the impact of agricultural resource misallocation on AEE.The results showed that:(1)during the investigation period,obvious regional differences could be seen in the AEE of the 13 major grain producing areas.Additionally,there was a significant path dependence in AEE,i.e.past AEE in the regions impacted the present AEE;(2)each of the major grain producing areas showed a misallocation of agricultural resources,with significant differences among regions,however,the degrees of resource misallocation in most areas showed a downward trend;(3)the misallocation of agricultural resources adversely affected AEE,which remained the case even after various resource misallocation measurement indicators were replaced and additional control variables were added;(4)the agricultural ecosystem service value and the direction of resource misallocation also affected the estimation results.
