摘要
针对盐酸产品浓度波动大、人工操作量大易发生安全事故等问题,采用先进过程控制和开停车顺序控制程序对盐酸生产过程的自动化控制进行了优化,达到了预期效果。
In order to solve the problems such as the large fluctuation in the concentration of hydrochloric acid products and safety accidents due to the large amount of manual operation,advanced process control and start-up and shutdown sequence control program was used to optimize the automatic control of hydrochloric acid production process.The expected effect was achieved.
