摘要
介绍新疆华泰重化工有限责任公司电解装置副产硫酸的回收利用情况。分析稀硫酸中溶解氯气的原因及危害。给出稀硫酸中溶解氯气脱除工艺原理。稀硫酸中溶解氯气的脱除方法有:高温高压下去除杂质再蒸发浓缩,或采用浓缩提纯技术处理废酸。浓缩技术存在投资巨大、管理成本高、适用性差等缺陷。提出采用气液解吸法处理稀硫酸,这种处理方法具有设备结构简单、流程短、操作稳定、维修量小、节能降耗等优点。
The recycling situation of by-product sulfuric acid formed in electrolysis unit of Xinjiang Huatai Heavy Chemical Co.Ltd.was introduced.The causes and harm of dissolved chlorine in dilute sulfuric acid are analyzed.The process principle of removing dissolved chlorine from dilute sulfuric acid is given.The removal methods of dissolved chlorine in dilute sulfuric acid include:removing impurities under high temperature and high pressure followed by evaporating and concentrating,or treating waste acid by concentration and purification.The concentration technology has some defects,such as huge investment,high management cost and poor applicability.A gas-liquid desorption method is proposed to treat dilute sulfuric acid.The gas-liquid desorption method has the advantages of simple equipment structure,short process,stable operation,small maintenance,energy saving and consumption reduction.
