唐山三友氯碱有限责任公司原来将盐酸排出至取样容器或携带至分析实验室测浓度。该方法的问题有:污染环境,精度低,分析滞后。提出改造措施:在各吸收器下酸管线上设置专门的取样管线;引人自动化控制系统;在下酸管线上增加三通阀。改造后,装置运行效果良好,能满足生产需要,解决了环保问题。
The original method of measuring the concentration of hydrochloric acid in Tangshan Sanyou Chlor-Alkali Co.,Ltd.was to discharge the hydrochloric acid into a sampling container or carry it to analysis laboratory for analysis.This method had the problems such as environmental pollution,low accuracy and delayed analysis results.Three improvement measures are put forward:setting up a special sampling pipeline on the lower acid pipeline of each absorber;introducing automatic control system;adding a three-way valve on the acid discharge pipeline.After the improvement,the device operates well,meets the production needs,and the environmental pollution problems are solved.
