近三十年我国契约文书研究的知识图谱分析

Knowledge Graph of the Research on Contract Documents in China in the Past 30 Years

契约文书是民间历史文献的重要组成部分。为体现数据的完整性、代表性和学术性,以“契约文书”为主题在中国知网期刊数据库核心期刊中进行检索,经过剔除与筛选,得到399篇文献。通过内容分析法和文献计量法,结合CiteSpace软件绘制的知识图谱分析,发现近三十年我国契约文书研究可划分为初步发展、繁荣和深化三个阶段,研究机构多集中于高校,研究学科主要以历史学、中国语言文学为主,研究对象主要有土地买卖、契约关系等。未来的契约文书研究,应正视研究视野较窄、整体研究不足、研究方法较传统等不足,加强新材料的搜集、整理和利用,不断拓宽研究视角;推进整体性研究,深化个案研究;推动研究理论与方法的更新,注重跨学科的综合研究。

Contract documents are an important part of folk historical documents.In order to reflect the integrity,representativeness and academic nature of the data,we searched the core journals in the CNKI journal database with the theme of“contract documents”,and obtained 399 documents after elimination and screening.Through the content analysis method and bibliometric method,combined with the knowledge map analysis drawn by CiteSpace software,it is found that the research on contract documents in China in the past three decades can be divided into three stages:initial development,prosperity and deepening.Focusing on history and Chinese language and literature,the research objects mainly include land transactions and contractual relations.For future research on contract documents,we should face up to the narrow research horizon,lack of overall research,and lack of innovation in research methods.We should strengthen the collection,sorting and utilization of new materials,broaden the research perspective constantly;promote holistic research and deepen case studies;promote the updating of research theories and methods,and focus on interdisciplinary comprehensive research.
