摘要
2060年前实现碳中和,对于我国来说时间紧、任务重,对于我国石化工业来说更是挑战性大、困难多。未来我国将建成以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,为石化工业提供安全可靠的绿氢和绿电。绿氢炼化是我国石化工业实现碳中和的重要措施和路径,但将给现有炼化工艺流程带来重大变革,需要提前部署关键技术攻关和关键问题研究。建议加快研究绿氢稳定供应方案、绿电电气化应用场景、炼化工艺主流程再造及工程设计方案、全厂用能低碳化实施路线图以及降碳、零碳、负碳技术攻关等,为我国石化工业实现碳中和提供强有力的技术支撑。
Achieving carbon neutrality before 2060 is a tight time and a heavy task for China,and it is even more challenging and difficult for China's petrochemical industry.In the future,China will build a new power system with new energy as the main body,providing safe and reliable green hydrogen and green electricity for the petrochemical industry.Green hydrogen refining is an important method and path for China's petrochemical industry to achieve carbon neutrality,but it will bring significant changes to the existing refining processes.Thus,it is necessary to deploy key technological research in advance.It is suggested to accelerate the study of stable supply solution for green hydrogen,application scenarios of green electrification,main process re-engineering and engineering design schemes of refining and chemical processes,implementation roadmaps for low-carbon energy consumption of the whole plant,and key research on carbon reduction,zero carbon and negative carbon technologies,etc.,so as to provide strong technical support for China's petrochemical industry to achieve carbon neutrality.
