With the change of international political and economic situation,the operating environment of international enterprises is becoming more and more complex,enterprises pay more and more attention to risk management,and constructing and implementing a comprehensive risk management system has become a necessary guarantee for the sustainable and healthy development of international enterprises.This paper combs through the understanding of the comprehensive risk management system.Through the practice of the comprehensive risk management system of an enterprise,it puts forward the problems and countermeasures that need to be solved in the construction and implementation of the comprehensive risk management system in the international enterprise,and provides reference ideas for the risk management in similar enterprises.
