摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,分析中小学体育课程设计的内在诉求,剖析现状与问题并提出路径优化。研究认为,“双减”为中小学体育课程优化设计提供了政策支持,学生学习体育的时间和空间增加,如何提升课内教学质量,拓展课外体育活动和家校社共育等资源,融“教会、勤练、常赛”为教学目标的体育课程设计成为内在诉求。现实审视:目前仍存在不同学段学生的课程教学目标设置模糊,课程内容衔接缺少系统性,教学过程组织与实施缺乏空间衔接,评价体系认识有待完善等问题。路径优化:从学生的发展需要出发,落实“立德树人”根本任务,树立“健康第一”教学理念,学校领导、教师、家长齐抓共管,围绕“学、练、赛、评”建构“协同联动”的实施路径,优化体育与健康课程设计,以期为中小学体育课程建设和发展提供参考与借鉴。
Based on literature review,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems to explore the internal demands of curriculum design of physical education(PE)in primary and secondary schools and proposes suggestions for improvement.The research shows that the"double reduction"policy support optimizing the curricular design of PE in primary and secondary schools,making sports increasingly accessible to students both in time and space.How to improve the quality of in-class teaching,expand extracurricular sports activities and resources shared by family,school,and community,and design curriculum aims to integrate"to teach,to practice diligently and to compete regularly"as,the teaching goal has become the internal demands.From a realistic perspective,this paper discusses the problems,including the ambiguous teaching objectives for the students in different stages,the lack of systematic connection of curriculum content,the lack of spatial connection between the organization of teaching process and its implementation deficiency of the evaluation system.To solve the above-mentioned problems,this paper proposes some prescriptions for curriculum optimization:schools should implement moral education and establish the teaching concept of“Fitness First”to meet the needs of the students’development,the joint force of school leaders,teachers,and parents should give full play in constructing a"collaborative linkage"based on"learning,practice,competition and evaluation,"and the curriculum design of sports and health should be optimized.It has hoped that the research can provide some reference for the construction and development of the PE curriculum in primary and secondary schools.
