虚拟空气污染条件下身体活动对健康影响效益的综述

摘要 身体活动对健康的积极影响已得到证实,但参与身体活动仍面临多种障碍,空气污染便是其中之一。人们在恶劣空气质量条件下进行户外身体活动决策时,会面临参与身体活动的收益和暴露于空气污染环境可能给健康带来损害之间的利弊权衡,因此亟需对空气污染条件下身体活动对健康的影响效益进行探究。综述总结了空气污染、身体活动和健康三者之间的相互影响关系,呈现了虚拟现实技术的应用现状及其对身体活动和健康的影响。综述认为,可以构建虚拟空气污染环境并检验身体活动对健康的影响,据此尝试寻找健康收益-损害的拐点。后续仍需实验研究来检验基于虚拟空气污染条件,身体活动与健康的交互影响效果。 The positive effects of physical activity on health have been proven,but many barriers to participating in physical activity remain,one of which is air pollution.When people decide about outdoor physical activity under poor air quality conditions,they face a trade-off between the benefits of participating in physical activity and the possible health damage of exposure to air pollution.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the effects of physical activity on health under air pollution conditions.This review summarizes the interrelationships among air pollution,physical activity,and health and presents the current application of virtual reality technology and its impact on physical activity and health.The review concluded that it is possible to construct a virtual air pollution environment,examine the impact of physical activity on health,and find the inflection point of health gain-harm based on it.Subsequently,experimental studies are still needed to examine the interactive effects of physical activity on health based on virtual air pollution conditions.
