绿色建筑成本影响因素评价研究

Study on evaluation of influencing factors of green building cost

以绿色建筑为研究主体,首先,通过关键词频率汇总法提取绿色建筑成本的影响因素。其次,采用层次分析法和熵权法对影响因素进行定量分析。最后,运用模糊物元法对绿色建筑成本的影响因素进行评价,并对实际案例进行验证。结果表明设计方案A_(13)、建筑材料A_(23)、施工技术B_(11)以及成本控制意识C_(21)对该项目成本控制的影响程度较大,并据此提出相应的控制措施。

Taking green buildings as the main research subject,this study firstly extracts the influencing factors of green building costs through the keyword frequency summary method.Secondly,by using the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,it analyzes the influencing factors quantitatively.Finally,by using the fuzzy matter-element method,it evaluates the influencing factors of green building costs and verifies actual cases.The results show that the design plan A_(13),building materials A_(23),construction technology B_(11) and cost control awareness C_(21) have a greater impact on the cost control of the project.Corresponding control measures are proposed accordingly.
