摘要
在全球矿业经济低迷、事业单位改革背景下,传统地勘单位遭遇新兴领域的地质市场开拓缓慢、传统地质勘查市场紧缩的双重压力。为了摆脱地勘单位的发展困境,找到既能充分发挥传统地勘单位的技术优势,又能保证传统地勘单位在新时期实现可持续发展的道路,从传统地勘单位的优劣势以及行业发展趋势出发,结合地勘单位的具体情况分析,认为传统地勘单位具备政策、资源、技术、市场及管理五大勘查开发一体化要素,提出传统地勘单位结合自身专业优势,加强科技创新、思路创新、模式创新,坚定不移走矿产勘查开发一体化发展道路是实现地勘单位经济跨越式发展的最佳途径,继续实施勘查开发纵向一体化的发展战略是科学合理的。
Under the background of the global mining economic downturn and the reform of public in⁃stitutions,traditional geological exploration units have encountered the dual pressures of slow development of the geological market in emerging fields and contraction of the traditional geological exploration market.In order to get rid of the development dilemma of geological exploration units and find a way that can not on⁃ly give full play to the technical advantages of traditional geological exploration units,but also ensure the sustainable development of traditional geological exploration units in the new period,starting from the ad⁃vantages and disadvantages of traditional geological exploration units and the development trend of the in⁃dustry,combined with the analysis of the specific situation of geological exploration unit,it is believed that traditional geological exploration units have five integration factors of exploration and development:policy,resources,technology,market and management.It is proposed that the traditional geological exploration units should combine their own professional advantages,strengthen scientific and technological innova⁃tion,train of thought innovation and mode innovation,and unswervingly follow the road of integrated devel⁃opment of mineral exploration and development is the best way to realize the leap-forward development of the economy of geological exploration units.It is scientific and reasonable to continue to implement the de⁃velopment strategy of vertical integration of exploration and development.
