辽宁排山楼金矿通风系统优化模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 矿井通风系统服务于井下采掘作业,通风效果的优劣对矿山的安全生产至关重要。针对辽宁排山楼金矿因采空区大面积漏风造成部分中段炮烟倒灌、有效风量低、难以实现高效通风的问题,通过现场调查和通风检测,提出了2个矿区各自独立的分区通风系统方案,并采用Ventsim通风模拟软件对方案进行计算分析。结果表明,新的通风系统方案通风效果改善明显,井下各位置风机运转效率均达到60%,且风速、风量和温度满足规程要求。研究方案有效改善了风机运转效率低下、深部中段供风量不足。 The mine ventilation system serves the underground mining operation,and the quality of the ventilation effect is very important to the safe production of the mine.In view of the problems of partial middle shot smoke pouring,low effective air volume and difficult to achieve efficient ventilation caused by large-scale air leakage in the goaf of Paishanlou Gold Mine in Liaoning Province,through field investiga⁃tion and ventilation detection,the independent zoning ventilation system schemes of the two mining areas were proposed,and the scheme was calculated and analyzed by Ventsim ventilation simulation software.The results show that the ventilation effect of the new ventilation system scheme is improved significantly,and the operation efficiency of the fans at all positions in the underground reaches 60%,and the wind speed,air volume and temperature meet the requirements of the regulations.The research scheme effective⁃ly improves the low efficiency of fan operation and insufficient air supply in deep middle section.
