摘要
为了了解弓长岭磁铁矿石磨矿细度、磁选矿浆浓度和磁场强度对精矿回收率影响的交互作用显著性,开展了一系列研究。结果表明:①磨矿细度和磁场强度对精矿铁回收率影响较大,磁选浓度对铁回收率影响较小;磁选矿浆浓度与磁场强度的交互作用最显著,磨矿细度与磁选矿浆浓度和磨矿细度与磁场强度的交互作用均不显著。②模型预测的最佳试验条件为磨矿细度55.67%,磁选矿浆浓度31.46%,磁场强度137.73 kA/m,对应的精矿铁回收率预测值为92.90%;验证试验平均值为92.84%,与预测值偏差0.06个百分点,表明在试验研究范围内该模型合理、有效。
In order to investigate the interaction significance of grinding fineness,pulp concentration of magnetic separation and magnetic field strength of Gongchangling magnetite ores on concentrate recovery rate,a series of studies were carried out.The results showed that:①the grinding fineness and magnetic field strength have a great influence on the iron recovery rate of concentrate,while the pulp concentration of magnetic separation has a small influence on the iron recovery rate.The interaction between pulp concentra⁃tion of magnetic separation and magnetic field strength is the most significant.The interaction between grinding fineness and pulp concentration of magnetic separation,or grinding fineness and magnetic field strength is not significant.②The best test conditions predicted by the model are grinding fineness of 55.67%,pulp concentration of magnetic separation of 31.46%and magnetic field strength of 137.73 kA/m,in which the predicted value of concentrate iron recovery rate is 92.90%.The average value of verification test is 92.84%,and the deviation from the predicted value is 0.06 percentage points,which shows that the model is reasonable and effective within the scope of experimental research.
