摘要
为实现本溪地区某细粒嵌布的贫磁铁矿石的高效、低成本分选,在分析了JCTN型提精降渣磁选机工作原理的基础上,对该设备与普通磁选机的分选效果进行了对比,并在取得理想分选指标的情况下进行了现场应用。结果表明,提精降渣磁选机应用于现场一段粗选,抛出了大量的合格尾矿,减少了二段磨选矿量,具有显著的节能减排、降本增效效果;提精降渣磁选机1次精选与现场普通磁选机2次精选相比,最终精矿品位和回收率均略高,尾矿磁性铁品位更低,提精降渣磁选机在简化工艺流程、改善分选指标方面体现了良好的性能。因此,JCTN型提精降渣磁选机是磁铁矿石的高效分选设备。
In order to realize the efficient and low-cost separation of a certain fine-grained inlaid lean magnetite in Benxi area,on the basis of analyzing the working principle of JCTN type raising concen⁃trate grade and decreasing dregs content magnetic separator,the separation performance of the equipment and that of a common magnetic separator was compared,and the onsite application was carried out under the condition of obtaining the ideal separation indexes.The results showed that when the raising concen⁃trate grade and decreasing dregs content magnetic separator is applied to the first-stage roughing separa⁃tion,a large number of qualified tailings are discarded,reducing the amount of ore in the second-stage grinding,and remarkable effects of energy saving,emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency en⁃hancement are achieved.Compared with two-stage cleaning separation of the ordinary magnetic separator on site,one-stage cleaning separation of raising concentrate grade and decreasing dregs content magnetic separator achieves slightly higher final concentrate grade and recovery rate,and lower MFe grade in tail⁃ings.The raising concentrate grade and decreasing dregs content magnetic separator embodies a good per⁃formance of simplifying the process flow and improving the separation index.Therefore,it is a high-effi⁃ciency separation equipment for magnetite ore.
