四川某铜锌多金属硫化矿石锌硫浮选工艺优化研究与实践

Research and Practice on Optimization for Zinc-sulfur Flotation Process of a Copper-zinc Polyme⁃tallic Sulfide Ore in Sichuan

摘要 四川某铜锌多金属硫化矿石中有价组分为铜、锌、硫,选矿厂采用优先浮选工艺依次浮出铜、锌、硫。在入选矿石性质发生变化的情况下,特别是在浮硫作业入选硫品位大幅度下降的情况下,硫精矿不仅硫品位低,而且含锌高,导致选硫系统不能正常生产。为解决该问题,进行了充分回收锌,并提高浮硫作业浓度的可行性论证,在取得理想论证指标的情况下进行了现场工艺改造。改造后的锌精矿锌品位40.55%、回收率84.22%,硫精矿硫品位36.25%、回收率71.05%,与原工艺指标相比,锌精矿锌品位下降了5.26个百分点、但回收率提高了13.28个百分点,硫精矿硫品位提高了6.12个百分点、回收率提高了6.05个百分点。工艺优化改造效果良好,不仅生产流程畅通,生产指标稳定,硫浮选药剂单耗降低,浮选可操作性加强,而且矿产资源综合利用率和经济、社会效益得到显著提高。 The valuable components of a copper-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore in Sichuan are copper,zinc and sulfur.The concentrator adopts the preferential flotation process to float copper,zinc and sulfur in sequence.In the case of changes in the properties of the selected ore,especially when the selected sulfur grade is greatly reduced in the floating sulfur operation,the sulfur concentrate not only has a low sulfur grade,but also has high zinc content,which causes the sulfur dressing system fail to produce normally.In order to solve this problem,the feasibility demonstration of fully recovering zinc and increasing the concen⁃tration of floating sulfur operation was carried out,and the on-site process transformation was carried out under the condition of obtaining the ideal demonstration index.The zinc concentrate is with zinc grade of 40.55%and recovery rate of 84.22%,while the sulphur concentrate is with sulfur grade of 36.25%and re⁃covery rate of 71.05%after transformation.Compared with the original process indexes,the zinc grade of the zinc concentrate decreased by 5.26 percentage points,while the zinc recovery rate increase by 13.28 percentage points.The sulfur grade of the sulfur concentrate increased by 6.12 percentage points and the sulfur recovery rate increase by 6.05 percentage points.The effect of process optimization and transforma⁃tion is good,not only achieve the smooth production process,the stable production index,the reducing unit consumption of sulfur flotation reagents and strengthening the flotation operability,but also the comprehen⁃sive utilization rate of mineral resources and economic and social benefits have been significantly improved.
