摘要 为解决宜春钽铌矿坪石选矿厂细碎系统的问题,着重从筛分效率和产能、能耗方面分析了用软质弹性筛网替代硬质聚氨酯筛网的意义。结果表明,在可比情况下,用软质弹性筛网替代硬质聚氨酯筛网,不仅筛分效率、系统处理能力显著提升,碎磨产品粒度和碎矿电耗明显下降,而且有利于降低筛分设备损耗和维护保养频次,筛分作业更平稳,筛分粉尘量和噪声也大幅降低。 In order to solve the problems existing in the fine crushing system in the Pingshi Dressing Plant of Yichun Tantalum-niobium Mine,the significance of replacing the rigid polyurethane screen mesh with the soft elastic screen mesh is mainly analyzed from the aspects of screening efficiency,production ca⁃pacity and energy consumption.The results showed that,under comparable conditions,replacing the rigid polyurethane screen mesh with soft elastic screen mesh not only significantly improves the screening effi⁃ciency and processing capacity of system,but also significantly reduces the granularity of the crushed prod⁃ucts and the power consumption of the crushed ore,and it is also beneficial to reduce the screening equip⁃ment loss and maintenance frequency.Besides,the screening operation is more stable,and the amount of screening dust and noiseis also greatly reduced.
