磷石膏堆存安全风险现状分析及治理对策 被引量:1

摘要 我国磷石膏产量较大,虽然其利用率呈逐步上升的趋势,但是消耗量有限,依然以堆存为主。对磷石膏堆存的安全风险因素进行分析发现,不同堆存方法的磷石膏库存在不同的安全因素,主要以溃坝和污染为主,并针对性地提出治理对策。需定期维护磷石膏库的相关设施,同时加强监测和预警能力,及时准确掌握磷石膏库现场的环境变化,实现高效率管理,提升综合治理能力。 China's production of phosphogypsum is relatively large.Although its utilization rate is gradually increasing,its consumption is limited,and it is still mainly stockpiled.The analysis of the safety risk factors of phosphogypsum storage found that the phosphogypsum stocks with different storage methods have different safety factors,mainly dam failure and pollution,and targeted control measures are proposed.It is necessary to regularly maintain the relevant facilities of the phosphogypsum warehouse,and at the same time strengthen the monitoring and early warning capabilities,timely and accurately grasp the envi⁃ronmental changes of the phosphogypsum warehouse site,achieve high-efficiency management,and im⁃prove comprehensive management capabilities.
