调肝理肾解毒汤治疗乳腺癌术后骨转移的效果分析

Analysis of Tiaogan Lishen Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of bone metastasis after breast cancer surgery

目的:探讨对乳腺癌者手术治疗后并发骨转移者采用中药方剂调肝理肾解毒汤治疗的临床效果。方法:选择本院2020年1月至2020年12月收治的乳腺癌术后骨转移患者80例,按照随机数表法分为常规西药治疗的对照组(n=40)与联用调肝利肾解毒汤治疗的观察组(n=40),比较两组临床疗效,采集患者治疗前后空腹静脉血检测骨钙素(N-MID)、β胶联降解产物(β-CTx)水平进行比较,并分析两组骨痛缓解率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、骨痛缓解率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后N-MID、β-CTx水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌者手术切除治疗后并发骨转移可选择中药方剂调肝理肾解毒汤进行治疗,效果理想,能够控制病情进展,有利于改善患者骨代谢指标,且可缓解患者骨痛。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tiaogan Lishen Jiedu Decoction for patients with bone metastases after breast cancer surgery.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,80 patients were selected in our hospital who were with bone metastases after breast cancer.They were divided into a conventional western medicine treatment control group(n=40)and combined use of liver-regulating,kidney-reducing and detoxification.Decoction treatment experimental group(n=40)according to the random number table.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups,collect fasting venous blood before and after treatment to detect the levels of osteocalcin(N-MID)andβ-gel-linked degradation products(β-CTx)for comparison,and analyze the two Relief rate of bone pain in the group.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and the relief rate of bone pain in the experimental's were higher than those in the control's,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the N-MID andβ-CTx levels of the experimental's were lower than those of the control's,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaogan Lishen Jiedu Decoction has an ideal therapeutic effect for patients with bone metastases after breast cancer surgery.It could control the disease progression,improve the bone metabolism indexes of the patients,and relieve the bone pain of the patients.It is worthy of promotion.
