目的:手术室常见的护理危害以及防护方案的可能性分析。方法:选择本院2018年至2020年不同科室的手术室护理人员100名,根据随机双盲法分为两个不同组别,即对照组、研究组,各50名;对照组接受常规职业安全培训,研究组基于对照组结合职业危害给予针对性防护培训;比对分析两组培训前后的职业危害认知与防护行为评分、心理状态评分、培训后职业危害发生率。结果:培训前两组的职业危害认知与防护行为评分、心理状态评分趋同(P>0.05),而培训后研究组的职业危害认知与防护行为评分均高于对照组,且心理状态评分低于对照组,组间可见统计学性差异(P<0.05);培训后研究组中职业危害发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的22.00%,组间可见统计学性差异(P<0.05)。结论:分析手术室护理人员的职业危害,为其提供针对性防护培训,可提高护理人员的职业危害认知水平与防护能力,降低职业危害发生风险,有利于维护护理人员的心理健康。

Objective:To analyze the common nursing hazards in the operating room and the possibility of protection schemes.Method:Select 100 nursing staff from different departments in our hospital from 2018 to 2020,and divide them into two different groups according to the random double-blind method,namely the control group and the study group,each with 50;the control group accepts routine occupations For safety training,the research group gave targeted protection training based on the control group combined with occupational hazards;compared and analyzed the occupational hazard awareness and protective behavior scores,psychological status scores,and occupational hazards incidence rate after training in the two groups before and after training.Results:The occupational hazard awareness and protective behavior scores and mental state scores of the two groups before training were similar(P>0.05),while the occupational hazard awareness and protective behavior scores of the study group after training were higher than those of the control group,and the mental state scores Lower than the control group,statistical differences can be seen between the groups(P<0.05);after training,the incidence of occupational hazards in the study group is 4.00%,lower than 22.00%in the control group,and statistical differences can be seen between the groups(P<0.05)).Conclusion:Analyzing the occupational hazards of nurses in the operating room and providing them with targeted protection training can improve the nurses'awareness of occupational hazards and protection capabilities,reduce the risk of occupational hazards,and help maintain the mental health of nurses.
