探讨替吉奥胶囊联合调强放疗治疗老年中晚期食管癌的疗效

To investigate the curative effect of tigeo capsule combined with intensity-modulated radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer in the elderly

目的:探讨替吉奥胶囊联合调强放疗治疗老年中晚期食管癌的疗效。方法:研究时间:2014年7月至2018年12月;研究对象:我院收治的老年中晚期食管癌患者56例;随机分为两组,即:研究组与对照组,每组28例。对照组给予强调放疗,研究组在此基础上联合替吉奥胶囊。观察两种治疗方法疗效、控制率与生存率、不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组1年局部控制率、总生存率、生存时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组恶心、血小板减小、食管炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合治疗对老年中晚期食管癌有确切效果,增强局部控制率,延长生命周期。而且该种用药形式安全,患者无明显不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of tigeo capsule combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer in the elderly.Methods:From July 2014 to December 2018,56 elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups:study group and control group,28 cases in each group.The control group was given emphasis on radiotherapy,and the study group combined tegio capsule on this basis.The curative effect,control rate,survival rate and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The local control rate,overall survival rate and survival time in the study group were better than those in the control group Group(P<0.05).nausea,thrombocytopenia and esophagitis in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy has definite effect on middle and advanced esophageal cancer in the elderly,enhances local control rate and prolongs life cycle.And this kind of medication form is safe,the patient has no obvious adverse reaction.
