夜间应用布托啡诺复合舒芬太尼硬膜外分娩镇痛对产后疲劳的影响

The effect of nighttime application of butorphanol combined with sufentanil epidural analgesia on postpartum fatigue

目的:评价夜间硬膜外分娩镇痛应用低浓度罗哌卡因+布托啡诺复合舒芬太尼对产后疲劳的影响。方法:选取我院2019年3~8月的拟行分娩镇痛的孕产妇60例,随机分为舒芬太尼组30例(S组)与布托啡诺组30例(B组),连接各自PCEA泵后,对比两组镇痛效果、母儿影响、疲劳量表-14评分。结果:疲劳量表-14评分6 h B组、(5.20±1.42)分、12 h B组(3.50±1.14)分明显低于S组,有统计学意义(t=3.980、4.381,P<0.05);镇痛后B组镇痛60 min与宫口开10 cm时Ramsay评分(3.33±0.71、2.33±0.52)分明显高于S组。有统计学意义(t=6.901、4.469,P<0.01)。结论:布托啡诺复合舒芬太尼硬膜外分娩镇痛可降低夜间产后疲劳。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of nighttime epidural labor analgesia with low concentration ropivacaine+butorphanol combined with sufentanil on postpartum fatigue.Methods:A total of 60 pregnant women who were planning to undergo labor analgesia in our hospital from March to August2019 were selected,women were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.Sufentanil group(group S)butorphanol group(group B):the analgesic effects,maternal and child effects,and fatigue scale-14 scores of the two groups were compared.Results:Fatigue Scale-14 scores of 6 h group B,(5.20±1.42)points,12 h group B(3.50±1.14)points were significantly lower than those of Sgroup,with statistical significance(t=93.980,4.381,P<0.05);After analgesia,the Ramsay score(3.33±0.71,2.33±0.52)of group B was significantly higher than that of group S 60 min before analgesia and 10 cm of the uterine opening.There is statistical significance(t=-6.901、4.469,P<0.01).Conclusion:Butorphanol combined with sufentanil epidural labor analgesia can reduce nocturnal postpartum fatigue.
