护理指导结合中药干预苏州市吴中区公交男性驾驶员无症状高尿酸血症的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Health guidance combined with Traditional Chinese medicine intervention on Asymptomatic hyperuricemia among male bus drivers in Wuzhong District of Suzhou City

目的:探讨观察护理指导结合中药干预对公交男性驾驶员无症状高尿酸血症(Hyperuricemia,HUA)的疗效。方法:筛选出2019年1月至2019年12月期间苏州市中医医院体检中心的无症状HUA公交男性驾驶员60例作为研究对象,利用随机数表法根据入院先后顺序的编号分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者予以中药干预,观察组患者实施护理指导结合中药干预,干预6个月后观察比较两组患者的疗效。结果:对照组血尿酸值改善率为60.0%,明显低于观察组76.7%,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组和观察组干预的总满意度分别为63.3%和83.3%,两组数据对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:护理指导结合中药干预对男公交车驾驶员无症状HUA疗效优于单纯中药干预。

Objective:To explore the effect of observation and Health guidance combined with traditional Chinese medicine intervention on asymptomatic hyperuricemia(HUA)in male bus drivers.Methods:60 cases of asymptomatic male HUA bus drivers from the Physical Examination Center of Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and observation group implement Health guidance combined with traditional Chinese medicine intervention.,The efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed and compared after 6 months of intervention.Results:The improvement rate of blood uric acid in the control group was 60.0%,which was significantly lower than 76.7%in the observation group(P<0.05),The total satisfaction of intervention in the control group and observation group was 63.3%and 83.3%,respectively,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health guidance combined with traditional Chinese medicine intervention is better than traditional Chinese medicine intervention on asymptomatic HUA for male bus drivers.
