康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者康复效果的影响研究

Effect of rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation effect of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的:探讨康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者康复效果的影响研究。方法:将2020年1月至2021年4月期间在我院康复医学科门诊治疗的136例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用康复护理,对比护理效果、疼痛及腰部功能各指标、护理满意率、生活质量。结果:观察组腰部功能优良率为95.59%,明显高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05);观察组护理后VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组,JOA评分明显高于对照组,恢复正常活动功能时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力等SF-36评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者康复效果有积极的影响,能有效改善腰部功能,减轻腰部疼痛,提升护理满意率,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From January 2020 to April 2021,136 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used routine nursing,and the observation group used rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect,pain and waist function indicators,nursing satisfaction rate,quality of life were compared.Results:The excellent rate of waist function in observation group was 95.59%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(82.35%)(P<0.05).After nursing,VAS pain score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,JOA score was significantly higher than that in control group,and the time to return to normal activity and function was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,sF-36 scores of physical function,physical function,social function,mental health,emotional function,physical pain,general health status and energy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing has a positive impact on the rehabilitation effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation,can effectively improve the waist function,reduce the waist pain,improve the nursing satisfaction rate,improve the quality of life.
