超薄瓷贴面与传统烤瓷贴面用于前牙美容修复的效果对比分析

Comparative analysis of the effect of ultra-thin porcelain veneer and traditional porcelain veneer for anterior teeth cosmetic restoration

目的:研究对比前牙美容修复采用传统烤瓷贴面、超薄瓷贴面的临床效果。方法:选择2014年8月至2020年8月本院42例前牙美容修复患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分成对照组和试验组。对照组予传统烤瓷贴面修复,试验组予超薄瓷贴面修复。比较两组牙体修复成功率、牙体修复满意度。结果:对照组修复成功率低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组牙体修复满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统烤瓷贴面修复相比,超薄瓷贴面修复应用在前牙美容修复中效果更显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study and compare the clinical effects of traditional porcelain veneers and ultra-thin porcelain veneers for cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods:From August 2014 to August 2020,42 patients with cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method.The control group was repaired with traditional porcelain veneer,and the test group was repaired with ultra-thin porcelain veneer.The success rate and satisfaction of dental restoration between the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of restoration in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of dental restoration in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional porcelain veneer restoration,the application of ultra-thin porcelain veneer restoration is more effective in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
