现阶段社区卫生服务中心的管理模式探讨

Discussion on the management mode of community health service center at the present stage

2020年的疫情是对我国医疗卫生体系的一次大考,也是对我国社区卫生服务中心基层管理模式的一次大考。只有实现以基层服务中心为根本,与相关医疗卫生机构和社区卫生服务部门协作,才能够建立起新型的公共卫生服务体系。本文对当今社区卫生服务中心的功能定位和管理模式进行了分析与探讨,并阐述了目前当今管理模式所存在的相关问题,且有针对性的对在观念上、管理体系上、以及人才培养方案上的问题提出了有针对性的解决措施,希望可以就此促进基层社区卫生服务中心的进一步发展与改革,从而促进我国的公共卫生服务事业进一步的的发展。

The epidemic situation in 2020 is a big test for China’s medical and health system,as well as for the grass-roots management mode of community health service centers.Only by taking the primary service center as the foundation and cooperating with relevant medical and health institutions and community health service departments,can a new public health service system be established.This paper analyzes and discusses the function orientation and management mode of community health service center,and expounds the related problems existing in the current management mode,and puts forward targeted solutions to the problems in concept,management system and talent training program,hoping to promote the development of community health service center Further development and reform,so as to promote the further development of public health services in China.
