配网一二次融合柱上开关抽检典型问题分析

Analysis of Typical Problems in Sampling Inspection of Primary and Secondary Fused Pole-Mounted Switch in Distribution Network

针对近两年发现的一二次融合柱上开关重大设备质量问题,对一二次融合柱上开关内部互感器结构及原理进行分析,通过试验及解体检查分析温升试验不合格的根本原因,最后从试验标准、抽检策略与试验方法等方面提出改进建议。

In view of the major equipment quality problems found in the past two years,the structure and principle of the internal transformer of the primary-secondary fused pole-mounted switch are analyzed.This paper analyzes the root cause of unqualified temperature rise test through test and disassembly inspection,and finally puts forward improvement suggestions from test standard,sampling inspection strategy and test method.
